ethan is speaking much more clearly and just much more. he's always singing his abc's...although he hasn't quite gotten the line "now i know my abc's." he misses the "now i know" part and misses almost the entire measure but can't figure out why he's off. he shouts out letters and numbers that he recognizes, which is amazing to me because it wasn't me or eric that taught him. we'll be reading a book and he'll just say, "hey is that a 4?"

ethan is still being potty trained. he's fine if he stays focused. he just doesn't stay focused for very long. only when it will get him out of having to sit still for too long will his potty training shine.

ethan wants so badly to be a part of the group. when it's just him and isaiah they *usually* get along. but when older kids are around, ethan tends to be left out because he's so little. i love him so much and want to be able to give him all the attention that he needs to be a confident and secure little boy. soon, buddy....we'll get to spend lots of time together. in the meantime, just be as patient as you can be.
