ethan is so cute. i know i shouldn't say that because i'm his mom. he could totally have a face that only a mother could love...but i just look at him sometimes and my heart melts.

...especially when he sucks his finger and grabs his ear when he's tired.
...and when he rests his head on my shoulder and sneaks in a zerbert on my arm.
...and when he holds his arms in batting position, says "eh-dee?" (ready?) with a big 5-tooth grin, and waits for you to pitch a fake ball to him before swinging.
...and when he's riding in the cart at the grocery store and claps and says "yay!!" whenever he sees something he likes.
...even when you scold him and put him in a time out and there goes that big frown and big tears.
