i bought him a tummy time mat at a mom-to-mom sale. it was missing a part. i emailed the manufacturer, told them i bought their product, that it was missing a part, the place where i bought didn't have any more, and could they please send me my missing part? the kind people at infantino promptly notified me that my missing part should be arriving in the mail shortly. score! two thumbs up for infantino.
